Ribbon Skirt Tipi Northern Lights

A ribbon skirt designed by Victoria Scattergood, this ribbon skirt is made of satin and solid colored ribbon. It is complete with pockets and a slip inside the skirt. This skirt is sized according to waist measurements with a (R) - Resting size, and an (E) - Expanded size and will accommodate waist sizes between both measurements.
